I didn't tell you this, but there was actually bears at the deployment sites that we went to. This was one of those bears, and sadly, one of my best shots of the bears. We were lucky (or unlucky) to run into one while sending ration one day, and actually i thought it looked pretty sad. Just a day ago the rangers shot down a bear. Perhaps its a relative. Haiz.
And this is the motel owner's dog, toby. Toby's cute, and he doesn't bite! Though he has a thing for my little pouch... always trying to sniff it each time he sees me with it. Heh. Well well...
